O QUE SE MANTÊM NA MEMÓRIA (what remains in memory)
When I was a kid, my grandparents gave me their typewriter before they left to live in Portugal for years. With this machine, I realized that objects had meaning beyond their function. The typewriter was not just a tool for me to play at being a writer, it was a distant touch of love. “What remains in memory” is a reunion of images, objects, and materiality that make up who I am beyond myself.
